We start with a conversation about your clinic or lab. We learn what it does today and what you want it to do. Then we draft a plan. You can use the plan whether or not you work with us.
We work on acquisition and retention together, as connected work, not as separate campaigns. Many agencies focus only on getting new patients. We also work on what happens after they arrive.
Each project is quoted after the first conversation. We do not work on retainer unless it makes sense for your case. All fees are agreed in advance.
Being fully booked is not the same as being successful. What matters is which patients you are booked with, and whether they come back. Both depend on the strategy you choose.
